Top 5 Tips to Survive Dr. Frankenstein's Haunted Lab

In a quaint town known only to a select few, a mysterious letter circulates among its inhabitants. The envelope, made of thick parchment and sealed with an intricate "F", has the town buzzing with anticipation. Those who open it find themselves drawn into a tale they'd only heard in whispered legends. Dr. Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but reclusive scientist, is seeking help. But why would such a genius need assistance? Your mission is to enter the strange and frightening home of Dr. Frankenstein, find the missing piece of his experiment, and get out with your lives. It will not be easy, but if you follow our 10 tips you should manage to escape in one piece.

1. Talk To Your Team

Nothing is more important than talking to the team you are working with on your adventure. No one can complete this mission on their own, and you will need the skills of each individual to help you complete your task. This communication needs to be verbal in addition to written out in a chat or document. One without the other can be difficult to keep track of everything.

2. Keep Track of Discoveries

It is of the utmost importance to keep track of everything you discover. You never know when or how it will be used, but I promise it will be used. You can use a shared Google Document, a piece of paper you write things down on, or an online chat thread. Whatever you use make sure you are sharing your discoveries with your team so everyone can use all the clues and work together to escape.

3. Use Personal Knowledge

It may seem counterintuitive when there is so much information presented in an escape room, but you may have knowledge that will help you solve puzzles and riddles. Think about what you know about Dr. Frankenstein, science, math, literature, and use it to help you through the adventure. If you can guess the answer to something purely from your own experience then you have just given your team a boost!

4. Be Specific

Online escape rooms are different from in-person escape rooms because you may not be able to see what the rest of your team is looking at at any given time. When you are trying to guide a team member to your location you will need to be specific about where you are and what you are looking at. This also goes for information that is used to unlock a door, chest, or secret entrance. In order to get the whole team on the same page and opening the same things you will need to be very precise about your description of the puzzle and the answer to it.

5. Trust Your Team

If one of your team members exclaims that they have opened something and they can help everyone else do it, trust them! Second guessing and asking how they did it will only waste time. When you are safely out of Dr. Frankenstein’s house I’m sure they would be happy to explain the process to you. If their solution works and gets you where you need to be, then go with it!

Online escape rooms utilize many different skill sets and are the most fun with a group that is willing to have fun and work together. Once you have a group like that set up then all you need to do is follow our tips above. These tips should help you and your team have a fun, frightening, and fulfilling experience in Dr. Frankenstein’s Haunted Lab. Now don’t worry if you don’t escape, I’m sure Dr. Frankenstein has something truly shocking in store for you.

It's a cool article, sometimes I need something like this in my adult life to take my mind off the everyday life and all those things. I like the way you present the information, because when I was in college I couldn't write anything properly at all, I always had to ask these guys for help, they did a great job, and they still do, because some of my friends use their services. It always amazed me how they could build sentences and whole texts so well, and then put it all together into one big story, magic in a word.
