CORPORATE EVENT FAQ
We can accommodate small teams or large company groups. Experiences can be scaled for departments, company-wide events, or rotating groups throughout the day. Each of our experiences however can host between 10-12 people per team.
Utah currently offers mobile escape room events that can come to your office, conference room, or event space.
Yes. Team analysis and a feedback presentation are currently available as an optional Utah add-on.
For group sizes under 12, we recommend booking a regular escape room through our website.
Yes, any discounts based on our regular room rate will be included in the quote, but is note guaranteed. Discounts are given based on number of rooms needed, event type and group size.
We recommend booking early, especially for holidays, retreats, and peak corporate event seasons, but we’re always happy to check short-notice availability.
Pricing depends on group size, event type, location, and customization needs however we do offer events starting in the $25 per person range.
We recommend blocking out 90 minutes. Most of our games last 60 minutes, and this allows for time to do set up before and cleanup after the room
