Training Focus
The focus of this escape room adventure is to build critical communication skills when team members have different assigned tasks and different information. The adventure pushes the team to analyze their own information and determine what might be useful to them and other team members. In business problem solving situations, communication of the right information can mean the difference between an okay solution and a great solution. Often the right information is available, but the person holding that information doesn’t realize that what they have is needed by others in the organization. This event shows the importance of sharing information.
Inspired by our favorite Secret Agent Stories
In the adventure the team is recruited to stop a Terrorist attack by an unknown terrorist group. The team has one hour to find information about the attack and the terrorists. They need to find out who the terrorists are, where they plan to attack and what weapon they plan to attack with. There are six roles that team members can choose from Science, police, research, communication, criminology and geography. Each team member sill receive information specific to their role in the adventure. By combining their knowledge and good team collaboration the team might be able to stop the attack. There are three levels of winning the adventure, so even the best teams are challenged right up to the last minute of the adventure. Is your team up to the challenge?
