How much does it cost?
Prices vary from location to location. You can visit each Mystery Escape Room Location on this Website to learn more about prices at that location.
Are there age requirements for the Escape Rooms?
Yes, We recommend 8 years and older because some puzzles may be difficult for children under 8-years-old. We require an adult to experience the adventure with groups of people between ages 8 and 14. Families can contact Mystery Escape Room for special circumstances.
What if more than 12 people want to come in my group?
Each escape room at Mystery Escape Room has a limit for how many people can fit in the room and have a great time playing. We are able to split larger teams into two different escape rooms and run them at the same time. Please contact your Mystery Escape Room Location and we will be happy to schedule your larger groups.
If I have an emergency and cannot make it at my assigned time, will I be able to get a refund?
Please contact us and we will be happy to reschedule your event if you have an unexpected issue. We do not offer refunds, but are happy to reschedule or place your tickets on will call for later use.
What time should I arrive? What happens if I am late?
We ask all of our guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you are running later than your start time, call your location to inform them of the delay. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have the option of doing the Escape Room with less time than the allotted 60 minutes, or you can reschedule your experience.
Do you need to make a reservation?
A reservation is greatly recommended as it allows us time to prepare your room and have proper staffing. You can reserve an Escape Room by Purchasing tickets. Walk-ins are taken based on availability.
I have a health condition, are the Escape Rooms safe?
Some of our Escape Rooms do require physical activity, have small spacing, low light, flashing lights, and loud noises. Some of these effects can be deactivated to accommodate your group. Feel free to contact us for more details about each of our rooms and we'll be happy to assist you in selecting a room that best fits your needs.

How much does an Online Escape Room Cost?
Prices very between Online Escape Rooms. The price is always a flat rate per event and can include 4 to 8 people. Prices are listed on our Online Escape Room webpages. If you have a larger group than 8 people, we are happy to arrange that for you. Call us at 801-473-2780.

If I have an emergency and cannot make it at my assigned time, will I be able to get a refund?
Payment and Refund Policy: If something comes up that requires a change in time or date, we will do our best to reschedule the event to a time that works better for our guests. If immediate rescheduling is not possible, we offer full credit for the money paid toward future events at no charge. We do not offer cash refunds.
Multiple Room Booking Refund Policy: For reservations of four or more rooms for the same time slot need to be rescheduled or cancelled, we can do so up to 48 hours prior to the event. If given less than 48 hours' notice, there will be a $10/room rescheduling fee. We cannot offer a credit for a cancelation at or after the scheduled start time.
How many people can I have in my group?
Online Escape Room: 4-8 People
Virtual Team Building: 6-12 People

What kind of computer system do I need to play?
Online Escape Rooms run best on laptops, Chromebook, and Desktop computers. Your system will need to have a webcam and microphone for the video conference. Cell phones and tablets will NOT work.
What video conference software is used for the Online Escape Rooms?
We use Google Meet for most of our games, but can accommodate Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and more video conferencing software for Business Events.
What constitutes as one player for the Online Escape Room?
One player is equal to one computer. Each computer may have up to three people.
