The full team building activity lasts about 4 hours and includes two escape room experiences along with two debriefings. The team will start by going through an escape room experience. After the experience, the team will meet and talk about what was good and bad in their teamwork. A facilitator will guide the team through an evaluation of their performance including specific examples from the experience. The facilitator will then guide the group through a discussion of how the team might improve their performance.
The team will do a second activity to see if they can improve their team performance. A second debriefing will help them to better understand what they’ve learned and try to apply it to their jobs. Team managers will have time to discuss specific ways the team can apply the principles they’ve learned in the work-space. A light lunch can be added during the first or second debriefing.
A great team-building activity is only good if the team can take away something that will help to improve their performance and productivity. The team activity is incomplete without a chance for the team to meet and talk about their experience. Our team-building coaches can guide teams through a debriefing and help them to find constructive ways to apply the lessons from the escape experience to their jobs. Our team-building events include debriefing from one of our qualified staff of team coaches. Our coaches have gone through extensive training to ensure your team has a great experience.
Professional Team Coaches (added fee)
We have a growing list of professional team-building coaches available to lead debriefings and discussions. Each coach is a highly qualified professional with extensive practical experience working with teams in a variety of settings. When scheduling your event, you can request to have a specific coach run your event. Because their availability varies, we ask that you give us a first and second choice and allow us to contact them to make sure they are available for your event.
